We were looking for cheeses that provide new flavours and aromas and, why not , colours, in a perfect balance.
The Red Wine Goat Cheese is a mild, tangy goat milk cheese mixed with red wine, which adds a touch of sweetness and a delightful wine aroma. The cheese is cured for 3 - 4 months.
