We were looking for cheeses that provide new flavours and aromas and, why not , colours, in a perfect balance.
Smoked paprika from 'La Vera' is blended directly into the cheese, giving a distinctive Spanish flavour and delightful colour to this very special cheese, which comes only from this vibrant spice. The cheese is made using fresh raw goat milk, and is cured for between 3 - 4 months.
